Brae Estates Corporation, owners and subdividers 3 located on property 1: 6 1964, a tentative map of Holly d Brae Estates Subdivision, submitted by € 9 2647, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego , State of Californi; 10 Being a subdivision of a portion of Lot I, Rancho Agua Hedionda, May WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentative map a 11 No. 823 t and a portion of Lots 10 and 11 ? Carisbad Highlands, Map Nc 12 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideratioa the I 13 submitted, comprised of 10 lots; and of the various City agencies and utility companies; 14 15 NOW a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Ho11 16 Estates Subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions: 17 1 e All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied b 18 Carlsbad City Water Department. 19 2, One (1) standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located at the : 20 hydrant shall be located at the Lot lines of Lots 8 and 9 on El Camino Real 21 corner of Lot 2 on Holly - Brae Lane; and one (1) standard six inch (6!'} fi 22 3.
