RESOLUTION NO. 368
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COi\JIMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE
TENTATIVE MAP OF HOLLY - BRAE ESTATES SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive on JUT

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentative map a 11

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into consideratioa the I 13
submitted, comprised of 10 lots; and
of the various City agencies and utility companies; 14
15 NOW a THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Ho11
16 Estates Subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions:

submitted as required for checking before construction of any improveme
commenced.
