PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 362
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO CITY COUNCIL DENIAL
OF CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1 TO R-P OF PROPERTY
FRONTING ON ARBUCKLE PLACE, EXCEPTING PROPERTY
AT SOUTHWEST CORNER OF JEFFERSON STREET AND ARBUC
PLACE AND RECOMMENDING CHANGE OF ZONE FROM R-1 TC QF PROPERTY AT SOUTHWEST GVRNER OF JEFFERSON 5TRE
AND ARBUCKLE PLACE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Plan

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the tc
