GLANNLNG COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 374
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY AT 3177 Lincoln Street, on the West- erly side of Lincoln Street BETITEEN OAK AND PINE AVENUES.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the
1 Planning Commission did on October 13, 1964. hold a duly noticed public
hearing to consider the application of William A. and Jessie L. Knox for
a variance for the purpose of reduction in the required side yard setbacks
9 I I from 7, 5' to 57 on real property in the City of CaGlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, commonly known as 3177 Lincoln Street, on the
11 Westerly side of Lincoln Street between Oak and Pine Avenues and more

The Northwesterly 75 feet of the Southeasterly 135 feet of that portion of Tract 100 of Carlsbad Lands, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1661, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, March I, 1915, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said tract; thence North 34" 33' West a distance of 200 feet thence at right angles South 55= 27' West a distance of 100 feet; thence
South 34" 33' East a distance of 200 feet to a point in the Southeasterly line of said Tract 100; thence North 55" 27' East a distance of 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.
