NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of
Orange Cove Subdivision be approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be suppliea

2, All buildings constructed in this subdi~sion shall be sewered by
the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.

4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision
so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. One (1) standard six inch (6"-) fire hydrant shall be located at the
corner of Magnolia Avenue and "A" Street.

6. The subdivision design as proposed complies with special case
standards of the City of Carlsbad. Special case standards are not construe
to set General City Standards.
7. All distribution utility facilities within the boundaries of the sub-

division shall be placed underground with utility easements twelve (12)

subject to approval of the City Engineer. Complete plans and specifi-
cations must be submitted and approved as required for checking before
construction of any improvements is commenced.
22. This property is included in a petition for a 1911 Act Street
Improvement District; therefore, this department will require a de-
posit for street paving and base improvement in Magnolia Avenue.
23. The subdivider shall furnish the U. S. Post Office, Carls-
bad, California, with a copy of the final subdivision map.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED,' that a copy of this resolution be
forwarded to the City Council of the City of Carlsbad for its attention
in the manner prescribed by law,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
the Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 27th day of October,
1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES Commissioners Grant, Sutherland, McComas and Fre-
NOES: Commissioners Palmateer and Lamb.
ABSENT: Commissioner McCarthy.
