BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Cornmission of the Gity of GarIs
that Planning .Cornmission 8esul:xtion No, 324 be hereby amended to providc
that no paving be required on the "Panhandle" portion of the lots created so
long as other paved access to said lots is maintained to the satisfaction of
