A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLS'BAD CITY PLA'NNING COMMISSION DISAPPROVING..THE TENTATIVE MAP OF CARLS.3AD COUNTRY HOMES SUBDI.VISI.ON.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City P1 anning Commiss-i-on did receiv
September' 29, 1964, a tentative map of Carlsbad Country Homes
Subdivision, submitted by Ernest Adler, Jr., ,owner and subdivi
located or! property adjacent to the Northerly boundary of Falca
No. 1 9 Map 441 5, being a portion of Lot 7 ,' Sect.ion 32, Townshi
5, Range 4 .West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
Caylsbad, State of California;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the t'entati
map as su.bmitted, comprised of 11 lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerat
reports sf the various City agencies and utility companies;
Noh'', THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED that the tentative map of
Carlsbad Country Hoiies be disapproved for the following reason
1. That this map does not conform to the requirements Gf
Section 200, Ordinance No. 9050 of the City of Carlsbad, since
approv.al of this map would interfere with the proposed project
Elm Avenue to El Carnino Real as stated by the City Engineer an
shown on the tentative map of Falcon Hill subdivision approved
the Planning Commission on August 13, 79639. and the Council on
August 20, 1963.
AND F1NALL.Y' RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be f
to the City Council -of the City of Carlsbad for its attention
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADO.PTED at a regular meeting of the
