CITY PLANNING COMNIISSION RECOM- MEXDING APPROVAL OF THE TENTA-

WHEREAS,. the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receive an

ended tentative map of Ocean View Estates Subdivision, submitted by

WHEREAS, on December 8, 1964, the Planning Commission did con
he tentative map as submitted, comprised of 23 lots; and
WHEREAS,. the Planning Commission did take into consideration the
eports of the various City agencies and utility companies;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amended tentative I
f Ocean View Estates Subdivision be approved, subject to the following con

1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall be supplied
e Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall be sewered by
rlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same trench in any
this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the subdivision E
to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water.
5. One (1) Standard six inch (6") fire hydrant shall be located at the

6. All distribution utility facilities within the boundaries of the sub-

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
