A RESOLUTION DENYING APPLI.CATION FOR CHANGE OF
CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
- AND HEMLOCK AVENUE.
ZONE FROM R.-3 TO C-2 ON PROPERTY AT NORTHEASTERLY
