NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission o
ity of Carlsbad that it does hereby deny a variance on said pr
erty for the purpose of a reduction in the required number of
g spaces from 84 to 55 spaces.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Ca
ity Planning Commission held on the 27th day of July, 1965, by
