A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY AT THE NORTHMESTERLY
AND HARDING STREET. CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PINE AVENUE
5 "1 MHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, 1
Planning Commission did on July 27, 1965, hold a duly noticed PI 6
hearing to consider the application of the CARLSBAD UNION CHURCt 7
8 for a conditional use permit for the purpose ~f allowing constrl
9 of a sanctuary for religious services, on real property in the 1

known as the Northwesterly c~rner of the intersection of Pine A 11
!land Hardir~g Street, and more particularly as:
Lots 26 throygh 32, in Block 58, Town of Carlsbad, Ma? 775 in the City of Carlsbad, California;
