PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 407
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 9060, ARTICLE 16, SECTION 1612, REGARDING HEDGE HEIGHTS IN .THE CITY OF CARLS'BAD.' ..

July, 1965, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 53 to amend Ordi 'i'
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 13th day of

WHEREAS, at said public hearing the said Planning Commiss

all individuals and parties who desired to be heard; 25

received the recommendations, objections, protests and comment
26 I WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did find the following
27(/ and reasons. to exist which make said amendment necessary to ca

out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060:
1. That this amendment will clarify the enforcement and

the controversy of distinguishing between hedges and trees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said amendment to Ord 321 No. 9060, Article 16, Section 1612 of the City of Carlsbad is 1 recommended to be approved. i

scribed by Law. 3
forwarded to the City Council for its attention in the manner
4 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
