LOCA- TED ON THE SOUTHERLY SIDE OF KNOWLES AVENUE, EASTEIUtY OF PI0 PIC0 DRIVE. 5/i WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, 6 ifornia, commonly known as 1225 Knowles Avenue, located on the 11 10 property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State oj 9 PATRICIA R. KUBOTA ar 7 Planning Commission did on November 9, 1965, hold a duly notice I -p(l Southerly side of Knowles Avenue, Easterly of Pi0 Pic0 Drive, i // 13 more particularly as: 14 1 15 I 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 .2 3 24 25 26 27 28 i That portion of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Tow'nship 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernard- ino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to United State Government Survey approved October 25, 1875, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Easterly line of sai West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quar- ter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 6 and South line of Knowles Street, 40 feet wide, said South line als being a South line of a 20 foot easement granted to the County of San Diego by Deed recorded in Book 1892, Page 161 of Official Records of said County; thence along said Easterly line South Oo 12' 22" East 140.00 feet; thence leaving said Easterly line North 89" 42' 20'' West 71.50 feet; thence North Oo 12' 22" West 160.02 feet to the North line of said 20 foot easement said North line also being a center line of said JKnowles Street; thence along said North line South 89" 42' 20" East 71-50 feet to saic Easterly line: thence South Oo 12' 22" East 20.01 feet to the Point of Beginning. The zone change would constitute spot zoning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby deny the application 12 13 the adoption of an amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 changing th 14 from Rl-7.5 to R-P (Residential Professionall on said property ..
