WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060 the Planning Commission did on February 8, 1966, .hold a duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of PACIFIC VISTA ESTATES, INC. for a variance for the pur~ose- of reductio in lot area on Lot 105 from 7500 square feet to 7186 square fe and reduction in frontage on Lot 106 from 50 feet to 49 1/2 fe on real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, of Ca.lifornia, commonly known as Catalina Drives South of Ches Avenue, and more particularly as: Lots 105 and 106, El Camino Mesa Subdivision Unit No. 3 in the City of Car1sba.d. l4 I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside 151 the testimony and arguments,if any, of all persons who desired 161 to be heard, said Commission did find the followir?g facts and 17 reasons to exist which make the granting of a variance necessa 18 to ca'rry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance N 19 1.
