PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 432
A RESOLUTION @XXA~DENYING) A VARIANCE ON PROPERT'J
AT NORTHERLY SIDE OF STRATFORD LAME AT EASTERLY TERMINUS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, the Planning
Commission did on April 12, 1966, hold a duly noticed public
hearing to consider the application of ARTHUR N. ENNI S ,and NORENE E. BAT
for a vadance for &e purpose of REDUCTION IN LOT WIDTH FROM 60' to 5 on Parcels A and B, and to 57.52' on Parcel C; and reduction in from 7500 sq.ft. to 7186.4 sq.ft. on Parcel A; to 7116.5 sq.ft. B; and to 6488.1 sq.ft. on Parcel C on real property in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, commonly known as the Northerly side of Stratford Lane,
at Easterly terminus and more particularly as:
Portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4 Hest, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; more particularly described in Exhibits A, B and C attached hereto;
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considering the
testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desired to be heard,
said Commission did find the folLowing facts and reasons to exist which
make the ggXgMpgfdenia1) of a variance necessary to carry out the provisic
and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060:
U. That the requests do not meet the requirements necessary
for granting the variances.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Cornmission of
the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby @$#.-&/deny) a variance on said
property for the purpose of reduction in lot width from 60 feet to 5 on Parcels A and B and to 57.52 feet on Parcel C; and reduction in lot are 7500 square feet to 7186.4 square feet on Parcel A; to 7116.5 square feet

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carl’sba
City Planning Commission held on the 26 t h day of AP r i 1 1‘

ABSENT: Commissioner Sutherland.
