RESOLUTION .NO. 439
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD DETERMINING THAT A PUBLIC HEARI'NG WILL BE HELD TO CONSIDER.RECOMMENDING A PRECISE PLAN TO THE CITY COUNCIL AND ORDERING NOTICE THEREOF TO BE GIVEN. ..
BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City of
Carl sbad as foll ows :
1. The Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will
a public hearing in the City Council Chambers at 2960 Pi0 Pic
Carlsbad, OM June 14, 1966, at 7:3G P. M. to consider adoptin
resolution recommending to the City Council the adoption of a
precise plan on property located on the Northwesterly corner
Tamarack Avenue and State Freeway XI-SD-2B in the City of Car
County of San Diego, State of California, described as follow
Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and portions of
Lots 14 and 233 Pa'lm Vista, Map 2969, in the City of
Carlsbad; more particularly described in Exhibs't "A"
attached hereto.
2. Notice of said hearing shall be given as required by
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad Planning Commission held on the 24th day of May, 196
by the following vote3 to wit:
AYES: Commissioners Smith, Sutherland, Palmateer, McCom
McCarthy, Freistadt and Li'ttle.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None. A #g 47 .c <-
