Beginning at the intersection of Grand Avenue and the westerly boundary line of said Tract 117, said intersection being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 34" 33' Eas 140.00 feet; thence North 55" 27' East 50.00 feet; thence North 34" 33' West 140.00 feet; thence South 34" 33' West 50.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
