A RESOLUTION GRANTING A PREZONED CONDITIONAL 'USE PERMIT ON PROPERTY AT 4539 .EL CAMINO REAL, ON THE THUNDERBIRD RANCH, 'ON THE MESTERLY SIDE OF EL CAMIN REAL, BETWEEN CHESTNUT AVENUE AND FALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.
