i RESOLUTION NO. 486
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMla4ISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL bF THE TENTATIVE MAP OF CARLSBAD INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, ,the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv
June 10, 1966, a tentative map of Carlsbad Industrial Park, su
rnitted by Remlap, Ltd., ,owners and subdividers, located on apF
mately 54 acres of property located on the Easterly side of El
Camino Real, Northerly of Palomar Airport Road; said property
a portion of Lo't 5, Rancho Agua Wedionda, Map No. 823-, in the
of Carlsb.ad; County of San Diego, State of California; being F
of Parcel 6 and portion of 19, ,Page 020 of the Assessor's Map
San Diego County, according to the assessment roll of the fisc
year 1965-66 of San Diego County;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commissi-on did consider the tentati
map as submitted, comprised of 35 lots; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considerat
the reports of the various City agencies and utility companies
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of
Carlsbad Industrial Park Subdivision be approved, subject to 1
foll owing condi ti ons :
1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shall
supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department.
2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall bt
sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System.
3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same ti
in any part of this subdivision.
4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughout the sut
sion so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water,
5. One (1.) Standard six-inch (6") fire hydrant shall be i
