MHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060
ECKE, AND CARLTAS CO., A CORPORATION for a change of zone fron 9
public hearing to consider the application of PAUL AND MAGDALE
10 R-A-10,000 to C-2 (General Commercial) on real property in the
11 of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, common1
l2 known as the Northwesterly and Southeasterly corners of Inters
l3 Freeway and Palomar Airport Road; and from R-A-10',000 to I'M" (
l4 trial Zone) on the Southwesterly corner of Interstate 5 Freewt
l5 Palomar Airport Road, and more particularly as:

Portion of Section 20, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, in Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823 in the City .of Carlsbad; being Parcels 13, 19, 21, 10 and 17, Book 211, Page 020 of Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in Exhibits A., B and C attached hereto;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 459 adopted Precise Plans for tht
