A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCES ON P.ROPERTY IN EL CAMINO MESA UNIT NO. 5 SUBDIVISION, EASTERLy.OF EL CAMINO REAL, AND ALSO BEING EASTERLY OF EL CAMINO MESA UMI.TS NO: '2, 3 "and 4 SUBDIVISIONS. ..
