WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did recei December 19, 1966, a tentative map of Tamarack Plaza Subdivis submitted by Archie Koyl and Edward Bryant, owners , and Archi David Koyl, subdividers, located on approximately 1.45 acres property on the Northerly side of Tamarack Avenue, between Je Street and Interstate 5 Freeway; property being Lots 15, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22 and portions of Lots 14 and 23, Palm Vista, Ma 2969, in the City of Carlsbad; County of San Diego, State of ornia; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentat as submitted, comprised of two lots; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into. considera the reports of the various City agencies and utility companie NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of Tamarack Plaza Subdivision be approved, subject to the follow conditions: 1. All domestic water supplied to this subdivision shal supplied by the Carlsbad City Water Department. 2. All buildings constructed in this subdivision shall sewered by the Carlsbad Public Sewer System. 3. Sewer and water lines shall not be laid in the same in any part of this subdivision. 4. Proper drainage shall be maintained throughcutthe sub sion so as to prevent ponding and/or storage of surface water 5. Access rights shall be waived on Sandra Place, and on Jefferson Street except for one commercial driveway.
