A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 9060, ARTICLE 14, SECTION 1400 TO INCLUDE ADDITIOI USES PERMITTED UNDER CONDITIONAL USES..

does hereby resolve as follows:
MHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the. 24th day of
7 January, 1967, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 60 to amend
8 ordinance No. 9060, Article 14, Section 1400; and
9 WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did on the 14th day of
lo February, 1967, hold a duly advertised public hearing as pres llli by law to consider an amendment to Ordinance No. 9060, Articl '2/1 Section 1400 by adding Subsection (27) to read as follows:

all individuals and parties who desired to be heard;
WHEREAS, said Planning Commission did find the following

and reasons to exist which make said amendment necessary to c
out the provisions and general purpose .of Ordinance No. 9060:

21/(, Zoning Ordinance and there is a need to allow this use.

No. 9060, Article 14, Section 1400 of the City of Carlsbad is
recommended to be approved.
AND FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the City Council for its attention in the manner 27/1 prescribed by Law.
