OF 'HELTON 'H1:NTERLAND SUBDI.VI.SI'ON. 4 MHEREAS, the. Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv( 5 of Lots 4 and 5, Irlilsonia Tract, ,Map 21'69, in the City ,of Carl: 9 Arland Road and Northerly of Buena Vista Way; property being pc 8 ders, located on approximately 1.61 acres of property Easterly 7 submitted by Claud R.
