' ' ' ' FROM R-T TO R-1-15,000 ON PROPERTY ,ON THE NORTHERLY The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Cari does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 25th day of I 1967, adopt Resolution of Intention No. 61 to amend Ordinance 9060; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906 Planning Commission did on June 13, 1967, hold a duly noticed hearing to consider a change of zone from R-T to R-1-75,000 ( family Residential Zone) on real property in the City of Carl County of San Diego, State of California,. commonly known as t Northerly side of Adams Street, and more particularly as: Portion of Bellavista, Block E, Map 2152 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, being that portion of Lot lying Southerly of a line bearing North 86" 07' West frc point on the Easterly line of said lot, distance South C West 27.14 feet from the Northwesterly corner of Lot 16: all of Lot 16; and being known as Parcels 5 and 6, Book Page 192, Tax Code Area 9000 of the Assessor's Map ,of St Diego County for 1966-67; WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consil the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desi, be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and r' to exist which make the approval of this change of zone nece to carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance 9060: 1. That the parcel is presently a spot of R-T in the m of a 1 arge block of R-1-15,OQO and the herein recommended re will bring the zoning of this parcel into conformance with s ing zoning, will eliminate "spot" zoning and will provide a more natural, and desirable break between zones. 2. That the present zoning is not in conformance with General P1 an. b I 11 0 0 I1 11 i 1.' 3.
