WHEREAS, ,pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906( Planning Commissi.on did on July 11, 1967, hold a duly noticedl hea.ring to consider the application .of PAUL AND MAGDALENA ECKF a change of zone from R-A-10,000 to C-1 (Neighborhood Commerc' Zone) on 0.717 .acre .of real -property in the City .of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State -of California, commonly known as tl Southerly side of Palomar Airport Road, betwee'n Avenida Encini Interstate 5 Freeway, and more particularly as: Portion .of Section 20, Township 12 S.outh 3 Range 4 West, in' Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda; Map 8.23 'in' the City of Carlsbad; being Portion .of Parcel 10, Book 211, Page. 020 of Assessor's Map of San Diego County; more particularly described in Exhibit "A'* attached hereto; WHEREAS, Resolution No. 511 adopted Precise Plans for thc covered by this rezone; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi.dc the testimony and arguments, if any, .of all persons who desirc be hea'rd, said Commiss.i.on did. find the following, facts and rei to exist which make the appr.ova1 of the application for changt zone necessary to carry out the pr.ovisions and general purpost Ordinance No. 9060: 1. Rezoning the property to C-1 brings this property in, conformance with the General Plan. 2.
