The Northwesterly 100 feet of the Northeasterly 100 feet of Block I'M" of Pal isades No. 2, Map 1803 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; more particularly described. in Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
WHEREAS, at said public hea.ring, upon hearing and considc
