follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Tamarack Avenue and Adarns Street
as such streets are shown on Map 1681; thence South 61"20*45" West
28'29' West, 30.00 feet to the Northwesterly right-of-way line of
Tamarack Avenue being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
continuing North 28'29' West 240.00 feet; thence South 61'20'45" West
370.00 feet more or less to the Northeasterly right-of-way line of the
proposed re-alignment of Pi0 Pic0 (i. e. State Highway taking line);
