WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv 5 property being a portion of Lot "I" of Rancho Agua Hedionda, M 9 Easterly side of Park Drive between Monroe Street and Hillside 8 developer, located on approximately 60 acres of property on th r91 submitted by Donald A. Briggs, Sr., et al, owners, and R. E.
