A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
COMbIISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL 'OF THE TENTATIVE MAP .OF CARLSBAD 'MANOR 'SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv
