HomeMy WebLinkAbout1967-11-14; Planning Commission; Resolution 532f' .* /1 11 Q ., e 91 11 I' 1i PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 532 21 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY AT WESTE.RLY AND EASTERLY SIDES OF OCEAN STREET, BETWEEN CEDAR AND BEECH AVENUES. 31 4 5: WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060 I 611 the Planning Commission did on November 14, 1967, hold a duly 7 1 noticed public hea.ring to consider the application of HENRY M INVESTMENTS, INC. for a variance for the purpose of reduction 9, from 10 feet to 5 feet; reduction in rear yard setback from 2 3.0, front yard setback from 20' to 5'; reduction in side yard set 11 feet to 5 feet; and permission to utilize property across the street on the Southeasterly one-half of of Block 7, Map 535 f 13 off-street parking on real property commonly known as the Wes ?j4! and Easterly sides of Ocean Street between Cedar and Beech Ai 1511 and more particularly described as: 1611 Lots 43, 44, 45 and 46, Portion of Block A, Map No. 2, Hayes Land Co., Addition, Map No. 1221; and the South- easterly one-half of Block 7, Town of Carlsbad, .County of San Diego, State of California. WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considc I the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desired 1 ' heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reasc j to exist which make the granting of a variance necessary to ( I out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060: 1.
