A RESOLUTION GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR SIDE YARD SETBACK
REDUCTION FROM FIVE FEET (5 ') TO Tf;IEIEE FEET (3 ' ) ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
GARFIELD STREET BETWEEN PACIFIC AVENUE AND NORMANDY
LANE, AND DENYING A VARIANCE FOR A REDUCTION IN FRONT
YARD SETBACK FROM TWENTY FEET (20 ') TO TEN FEET (10 ') .
