A grading plan shall be submitted as part of the impr ment plans as required by ordinance prior to issuance of : ing permits. Elevations of filled ground shall not be le set forth in the approved drainage and hydraulic study. 10. Water mains, including 1" diameter services to each lo be constructed as required by the City. The developme,nt of subject property shall conform to i ordinances of the City of Carlsbad, unless the Precise P1; Exhibit "B" and/or the following conditions are more res. tive: (a) The documents showing the ownership and maintenz of Lots "A" and "B" shall be submitted to the City ar approved by the City prior to recordation of the Fin; Map. (b) The portions of Lots "A" and "B" designated as I Launching Area", and recreation area, shall be plantc maintained with shrubs, ground cover and 12 gallon m: size trees, all planted in accordance with the requil ments of Ordinance No. 9174 and.all served by a water gation system supplied with bubblers or sprinklers. (c) All parking areas shall be landscaped in accord? with Ordinance No. 9181.
