RESOLUTION NO. 546
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT LOCATED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF THE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND SOUTHERLY OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD.

WHEREAS, at said pub1 ic hearing, upon hearing and conside

1. That the requested location appears to be, at the pre
time, a good use for the proposed installation.

2. That the granting of the conditional use permit will
affect air traffic utilizing Palomar Airport.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
the City of Carlsbad, that it does hereby grant a conditional
permit on said property for the purpose of allowing an erectio
of a 100 foot radio transmitting antenna and building to house
transmitters with the following conditions and limitations:
