EASTERLY FROM SEACREST DRIVE. 4i WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060, '!!the Planning Commission did on March 12, 1968, hold a duly not 6 11 ;/ I!pWiq hearing to consider the application of Richard E, Geyer 7 I/ \/a variance for the purpose of reduction in the rear yard setba 'Ilfrom 20' to 15'; as indicated on Exhibit "A" on real property 9i~commonly known as the North side of Ridgecrest Drive Easterly 90 11 1 Seacrest Drive and more particularly described as: 11 I/ 12 11 Lot 73, Seacrest Estates Unit No. 2, Map No. 4280, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California. 13 il I/ I WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consider a4 I' //the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons desired to 15 11 1 heard, said Commission did find the following facts and reason "ilexist which make the granting of a variance necessary to carry x?
