A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD.CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF RIDGECREST DRIVE,
3! EASTERLY FROM SEACREST DRIVE. 4i WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission
the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby grant a variance on
said Property fdr the purpose of a reduction in the rear yard
setback from 20' to 15'.
