RESOLUTION NO. 549
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING A VARIANCE ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF CARLSBAD BOULEVARD AND 'REDWOO'D AVENUE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 9060
511 the Planning Commission did on March 26, 1968, hold a duly not

reasons to exist which make the denial of a variance necessar.
carry out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No.
1. That there are no exceptional or extraordinary circ
stances applicable to this particular property.
2. That the granting of subject variance would be mater
detrimental to the public welfare.
3. That such a variance is not necessary for the preser
and enjoyment of the same substantial property rights enjoyed
others in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissic
the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby deny a variance on s
property for the purpose of a reduction in the side yard setk
from 10 feet to 5 feet on Redwood Avenue.
