Avenue, and more particularly as: 13 I Portion of Lot 18, of Patterson's Addition of Town of Carlsbad, Map 565, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California; more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto; WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside \ the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desirc Ito be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and 1 reasons to exist which make the granting of a variance necess? i to carry Out the provisions and general purpose of Ordinance I ~ I/ ~ 14 j 15 1 16 I 3.8 /I 2-7 I I 3-9 ii j 20 11 i il 9060: 21 I, 22 1' 1. That the granting of this variance will not adversel: affect the General Plan.
