WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Planning Commission did receiv 6 May 8, 1968, a tentative map of CARLSBAB NARD OF THE CHURCH of 7 owner,and Carlsbad Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Lattt 8 JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS, submitted by JAY LEAR, INC# Saints, developer, located on approximately 2.63 acres of pro! 9 10 on the Southwesterly corner of Monroe Street and Chestnut Avel 11 said property being a portion of Tract 250, Thum Lands; Map NI 12 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of Califo, 13 16 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did take into considera 15 map as Submitted, comprised of one lot; 14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did consider the tentat the reports of the various City agencies and utility companie 17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the tentative map of 18 be approved, subject to the following conditions: I.9 Carlsbad Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Sai 20 1.
