WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906( Planning Commission did on June 25, 1968, hwld a duly noticed 7 construction and use of a U. S. Post Office Building and park. 9 for a conditional use permit for the purpose of allowing the 8 public hearing to consider the application of I(. S.
