MHERERS, the Planning Commission did on June 25, 1968, hc '(1 duly noticed public hearing to consider the application of HUF 61( OIL AND REFINING COMPANY AND KOY'L ENTERPRISES., for an amendmer '11 Precise Plan PP 6702, Item "6" of Resolution No. 1352 of the ( 8 9 lo Council of the City of Carlsbad, for increase in size and hei! sign to permit the installation of a serv.ice s-tatibn and rest; combination modular type sign with a total height of 55 feet, lli/ ing "Enco" and "Restaurant".
