' ' '' ' ' ' .. 3 4 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions -.of Ordinance No. 9060 5 Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, .commonly k 9 (Wultiple-family Residential Zone) on real property in the Cit 8 for a change of zo'ne from R-1 (One-family Residential Zone) to 7 public heariFg to consider the application of FOREST J. BRADY, 6 Planning Commission did on Au-gust 27, 1968, hold a duly notice 10 as North of La'guna Drive to Knowles Avenue from Interstate 5 F 11 way West to Davis Avenue, and more particularly as: 12 13 14 15 Portion of Sunny Slope Tract, Map 486 and the North one-half,of the Northwest one-quarter of Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsbdd; being .Parcel 1, Book 156, Page 164, and Parcels 2 through 8, Book 155, Page 280 of the Assessors' Map of San Diego County; il WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and conside 16 //the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 I 24 25 be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rea to exist which make the approval of the appli-cation for change zone necessary to carry out the provision and-general purpose 0rd.inance No. 9060: 1. That the proposed zone change conforms to the concepl the General Plan. 26 27 28 29 30 31 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend applicatior change of zone for the adoption of an amendment to Ordinance t 9060 changing the zone from R-1 to R-3 on said property, subjt the condition that thii zone change become effective only if i 11 and as those portions of the subject property upon which a fit 32 11 subdivision map, secured by an approved subdivision improveme1 11 agreement, has been recorded.
