A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR FOREST J. BRA.DY, ET KNOWLES AVENUE FROM INTERSTATE 5 FREEWAY WESTERLY- 'TO 'DAVIS'.'AVEflUE.' AL, 01 PROPERTY NORTH OF LAGUNA DRIVE TO 6 of Laguna Drive to Knowles Ave.nue from Interstate 5 Freeway WE 9 of a specific plan for FOREST 'J. BRADY,, ET 'AL on property Nort 8 a duly noticed public hearing to consider recommending the adc 7 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on August 27, 1968, 10 to Davis Avenue, and more particularly des.cribed as: 11 12 13 14 Portion of Sunny Slope Tract, Map 485 and the North one-half of the Northwest one-quarter.of Section 6, Township 12 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City of Carlsba'd; being Parcel 1, Book 156, Page 164, and Parcels 2 through.8, Book 155, Page 280 of the Assessors' Map of San Diego County; l5 Copy of sa-id specific plan is attached hereto and designated i l6 1. Exhibit "A" - Entitled Specific Plan af Brady Zone Ct- 17 follows: l8 Department. I.9 dated July 31, 1968, and prepared by the City of Carlsbad Plar 20 WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considc 21 22 the testimony and arguments, if any of all persons who desire( 23 be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to 1 adoption of said plans, and found the following facts and rea: 24 to exist: 25 26 desirable in the area. 27 28 General Plan. 29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commissior 30 the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby rec'ornmend to the Cit) 31 Council the adoption of the specific plan , Exhibit "A" , on sa. 32 property, subject to the following conditions and restriction: 1.
