WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 906 i/ 511 Planning Commission did on September 24, 1968, hold a duly no 6' applicant and LUCIEN BRACK, owner, for the purpose of'reducti '7 public hearing to consider the application for JON BOUCHARD, 81 in required frontages from 60.00 feet to 15.00 feet on Parcel 9, and from 60.00 feet to 15.00 feet on Parcel 4 in order to cre 10 1) 1 two "panhandle" lots on real property in the City of Carlsbad 12 County of San Diego, State of California, commonly know as 44 12 Chinquapin Avenue, on the Northerly side of Chinquapin Avenue 131 between Longview Place and Jefferson Street and more particu' 1/11, described as: /i I I I I 15 16 1 I 18 X?
