WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. I/ 6i the Planning Commission did on November 26, 1968 , hold a- duly ' 11

1, A recoxd of survey map shall be submitted to the (
Engineer for approval prior to commencement of construction.
2. A grading plan shall be 'submitted to City Enginee.
