A RESOLUTION OF THE CAPASBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A PEE-ANNEXATION CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT LOCATATED ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF
EL CWlINO REAL, AND APPROXIYATELY 3,000 FEET
EAST OF KELLY DRIVE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 90
the Planning Commission did on November 26, ,1968, hold a dul
ed public hearing to consid-er the application of WESTERN LAN
DEVELOPLMENT COMPANY, for a Pre-Annexation Conditional Use Pe
for the purpose of allowing the construction of a Mobile Hon:

particularly described as:

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consi
