the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby recommend to the Cit
Council the adoption of an amendment to Ordinance No. 9060 fc
specific plan on said property, subject to the following cond
and limitations:
21 11 1. The water main on Garfield Street from Acacia Avenue

1 Redwood Avenue shall be replaced with a 8'l water main.

3. Curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement and turn around shz 26

constructed on Juniper Street from Garfield Street to the A.'I
