The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carl; 5 hereby resolved as follows: 6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance .No. 9060 7 City of Carlsbad, ,County of San Diego, ,State of California, COI 9' public hearing to consider a specific plan on real property in 8 the Planning Commission did on Ma.rch '11, 1969, hold a duly not: 10 known as property located on the Southerly side of Elm Avenue, 11 between Highland Drive and Pi0 Pic0 Drive; and more particular: 12 des-cribed as: 13 Portion of Tract 119 of Carlsbad Lands, Map 1661, in the City of Carlsbad, ,County of San Diego, 15 Page l9, of the Assessor's Map of San Diego County ; 16 WHEREAS, at said public hearing,. upon hearing and considel 17 the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desirec 18 be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and rea: 39 20 to exist which make 'the denial of the application for change 01 Ordinance No. 9060: 21 zone necessary to carry out the provisions and general purpose 14 State of Cal.ifornia; being Parcel 37, Book 156, 22 1. That the proposed reclassification would constitute SF .23 251 2.
