A RESOLUTION DENYING TO CITY COUNCIL A SPECIFIC PLAN
ON PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE OF EL CAMINO REAL, BETWEEN MARRON ROAD AND OSUNA DRIVE.
The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carl
does hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of -Ordinance No. 9060
the Planning Commission did on March 11, 1969, hold a duly not:
public hearing to consider a specific plan on real property in
