RESOLUTION NO. 610
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION GRANTING A VARIANCE. ON PROPERTY
LOCATED ON THE NORTHERLY SIDE OF NORMANDY
LANE, BETWEEN GARFIELD STREET AND MOUNTAIN
VIEW DRIVE ,
5 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Ordinance No. 9060,

public hearing to consider the application of DONALD P. HOEFEI; 7
Planning Commission did on March '25, 1969, hold a duly noticed
side yards from 5' to 3', ,the required front yard from 20' to 9
for a variance for the .purpose of a reduction in the required 8

WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and considel
