RESOLUTION NO. 611
A RESOLUTION OF THE .PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD DENYING AMENDMENT TO PRECISE
PLAN, PP 6602. ..
WHEREAS; the Planning Commission did on March 25, 1969, hc
a duly noti.ced public hearing to consider the application of SI
OIL COMPANY, for an amendment to Precise Plan, PP 6602, for thc
addition of a vending patio located on real property commonly
known as the Northwesterly corner of Palomar Airport Road and
Interstate 5 Freew,ay; and more particularly described as:
Portion of Section 20.,.,Township 12 South, Range '.4 West; in Lot H of Rancho Agua Hedionda, Map 823, in the City of' Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State .of California;
Copy of said amendment to Precise Plan, PP 6602 is attached he:
and designated as .Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, at said public hearing,, up.on he.aring and conside:
the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desire1
be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating to tl
adoption of amendment to said plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning Commissio
the City of Carlsbad that it does hereby deny the adoption of
amendment to Precise Plan, PP 6602 as requested, for the' follo
reasons:
1. The lack of particular predise plan designating type
sales.
2. The lack of maintenance on original precise plan.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Planning Commission held on the 25th day of Marc
1969, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Commissioners Gullett, Palmateer, Forman, Little
and Jose.
NOES : None
ABSENT: Commissioners Snedeker and Dewhurst
