PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 617
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A CHANGE
THE WESTERLY SIDE OF HARRISON STREET AT ITS INTERSECT101 WITH LOCUST AVENUE.

particularly described in application on file in the City Planning .Office.
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consil

to be heard, said Commission did find the following facts and
reasons to exist which make the recommending to the City Counc
of the application for change of zone necessary, to carry out '
provisions and general purpose of Ordinance No. 9060:
1. The application is in conformance with the General
