A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
PLAN LOCATED ON THE WESTERN SIDE OF HARRISON STREET,
CARLSBAD-RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL A SPECIFIC

4 WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 90r
